Completed in 1925, this was Robert S. De Golyer's first building constructed on Lake Shore Drive. Today the building is home to 40 co-op apartments. This apartment had retained many of its original historic details over the years including plaster mouldings, windows, and door hardware, but was in need of updates. The renovation included two bathrooms, the addition of a laundry closet, new millwork throughout, refinishing the original hardwood floors, window treatments, furnishings, lighting, and accessories. A private elevator foyer received a gut renovation to return the historic charm of the building including a bespoke leaded glass door.
