LINCOLN PARK ROWHOUSE

Combining two adjoining historic rowhouses from the 1880’s into a single-family residence. The project explored various layouts including an addition on the back of the home. The design approach is thoughtful to the historic Landmarked properties, preserving existing plaster mouldings, doors, and stained-glass windows while modernizing the home for this family.
