The soul of this 1924 Lakeview 4-flat is being carefully unearthed and reimagined—a century-old structure transformed into a home for three siblings, each floor crafted to reflect its owner. The project required extensive restoration, including exterior restoration and window replacement, new HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sprinkler systems. While the floor plans for each of the units echo one another, the selection of finishes now tell three different stories and bring unique personality to each of our clients' homes.
