Bathrooms are some of the most personal spaces in a home, they’re quiet sanctuaries shaped by our habits, rituals and the gentle hum of daily life. Designing them is an intimate process and one that invites candid conversations about how our clients move through their mornings and decompress at night. Do they crave the enveloping cascade of a rainhead, or find comfort in the familiarity of a classic shower? Are they drawn to long, meditative soaks, or is the tub a showstopping sculptural piece to set below art and frame with the perfect lighting? How do we store the inevitable parade of bottles, balms and gels? Is one an early riser trying to prevent light and sound from disturbing their partner?
No two bathrooms should feel the same because no two people are the same and so, before pen ever meets paper, we take our time to understand the rhythms that will shape the design. Even the smallest details matter – stone is often our starting point, setting the tone for tile, millwork, and the subtle interplay of textures. The result is a beautiful and functional reflection of the people who inhabit it.
